NEW YORK, Sept. 8 — This September 10th in celebration of Fashion’s Night Out, AC Green–3 time NBA Champion with the LA Laker, Alan Faneca–Superbowl Champion with the NY Jets, and Devin Harris–of the New Jersey Nets, will host a celebrity studded fashion show. The fashion show will benefit the Anita Kaufmann Foundation for Epilepsy Education, the 9/11 Memorial, and Fashion’s Night Out.

The celebrity fashion show will kick off the series of designer shows during NYC’s elite Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. It will be held at the Sony Atrium off of 5th Avenue.

Some of the participating designers: Maria Pinto, Sam Roloff, MaxMara, Nicole Miller, Tibi, Tulle, Miss Sixty, Nanette Lepore, Elie Tahari, Lauren Conrad Collection, and L.A.M.B.. Styling of the various celebrities by SPUR Fashion Editor, Clyde Brual.

Celebrity models will include: Jillian Harris of The Bachlorette, Elliott Yamin of American Idol, Alex McCord of Real Housewives of NYC, Alan & Julie Faneca of the New York Jets, AC Green of the LA Lakers and 3BA, Devin Harris of the New Jersey Nets, Ana Ortiz of Ugly Betty, Mark Indelicato of Ugly Betty, and Reshma Shetty of Royal Pains.

Fashion’s Night Out was created to promote retail sales, restore consumer confidence and celebrate fashion and beauty. Stores in all 5 burroughs will be open until 11pm. Bergdorf Goodman will host Vogue Editor Andre Leon Talley, Isaac Mizrahi, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Zac Posen. Stella McCartney’s boutique will feature Kate Hudson, Cindy Crawford will be at JC Penney’s, Vera Wang will be at her flagship store in Manhattan, Bryant Park Tents, and Diane Von Furstenberg at her flagship store. 40% of the proceeds from the Fashion’s Night Out t-shirt will go to the 9/11 Memorial at “Ground Zero” in New York City.
